We started Definable so any team could hand real work to an agent: one that uses their apps, answers on Slack, WhatsApp and Telegram, follows the team's skills and starts work on its own schedule.
We kept seeing the same gap. Agents looked great in a demo and fell apart at work, and the missing part was never intelligence. It was everything around it: permissions, approvals, retries, a record of every step and tests before anything goes live. So that is what we build first.
